Entrancing Samovads

- 1/2 cup walnuts

- 1/2 cup of regular flour

- 2 tbsp. powdered sugar

- 3 eggs, slightly blended

- 2 tbsp butter

- 3/4 cup milk

- Spray oil

- 200 g. of fresh ricotta or mascarpone cheese

- 1/3 cup of honey



- Grind the walnuts.

- Sow the flour in a bowl.

- Mix with the sugar and the walnuts.

- Beat the eggs, the butter and the milk together in the bowl.

- Gradually add to the flour, stirring until you get a smooth homogeneous mixture. Cover and let it stay for a little bit.

- Spray with an oil non-stick pan. Heat the moderate fire and pour out the mixture.

- After making the pancakes, smear them with mixture of ricotta or mascarpone and honey.

- Roll each roll and decorate with honey and whole walnuts. Combine with ETHNO Chardonnay to enrich your taste experience.
