Products for 4 servings:
600 g Salmon fillet / Codfish or other white fish fillet
100 ml. Raw almonds
100 ml. Parmesan
100 ml. Parsley
100 ml. Olive oil
Pinch of salt, pepper
* The quantities are according to the size of the fillet. The ultimate goal is to cover the fish completely with the mix.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper the fish.
- Put the raw almonds, parmesan cheese, parsley, olive oil in the chopper and then blend it until homogeneous mixture.
- Cover the fish with the mixture and place in a pre-heated 170 °C oven for 15 minutes or until the crust become golden.
- Serve with combination of fresh vegetables and glass of ETHNO Rose, which with its soft freshness will enrich the taste experience.
